🧭 DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY

Day 1 — Arrival in Truskavets, check-in, and “tuning” your routine

  • 🏁 Check in, unpack, have some warm tea — no rush. Walk along Torosevych Boulevard to the entrance of the Resort Park: you’ll learn where Pump Room No. 1 is, where the comfortable benches are, and where the level alleys run.

  • 🧘 Adaptation: minimal heavy food and alcohol, early sleep, a light evening walk for 30–40 minutes. The body adjusts to the resort rhythm best through rest and breathing.

Day 2 — First introduction to mineral water + the lower alleys of the park

  • 💧 In the morning — Mineral Waters Pump Room No. 1 near the park entrance. Drink only warm water, in small sips, and in the amount agreed with the sanatorium/hotel doctor. “Naftusia” is medicinal, not “water for thirst”.

  • 🌿 After the pump room — the level alleys of the Resort Park (Adamivka): 40–60 minutes at a “conversational pace.” Look for signs to the “Maria,” “Sofia,” and “Bronislava” springs; today just note the locations, no sprinting.

Day 3 — Terrainkur light: central alleys → viewpoints

  • 🥾 Choose a short terrainkur (a 3–5 km loop with gentle elevation gain). Walk not for time, but “by your breathing”: if you can speak in full sentences, the pace is right.

  • ☕ After — a break in one of the park cafés or in the hotel lobby bar, lunch without overeating, and a daytime rest for 40–60 minutes. In the evening — another 20–30 minutes’ walk on your favorite section.

Day 4 — Cultural focus: Mykhailo Bilas Art Museum + the park

  • 🏛️ Villa “Hoplyana” — now the Mykhailo Bilas Art Museum: a warm, “textile” exhibition, carved wooden interior details, and the cozy feel of the resort’s central area. Plan 60–90 minutes for the visit.

  • 🌲 After the museum — a “photo day” in the park: statues, the fountain by the “Yuzya” spring, shady paths. The day’s result is a sense of fullness, not fatigue.

Day 5 — Upper pump room/alleys + gentle water/spa treatments

  • 🚶 Walk to the upper alleys of the park and to the pump room deeper in the green area. If prescribed by a doctor — add simple water/breathing treatments.

  • 💆 Daytime block — spa/pool for 60–90 minutes (no “heroics”), warm shower, rest. Toward evening — quiet, reading, early sleep.

Day 6 — Truskavets History Museum + a calm promenade

  • 📜 The Truskavets History Museum (Villa “Sariush”) gives a panorama of the resort: from the first baths of the 19th century and Torosevych’s discoveries to today’s practices of treatment with mineral waters and ozokerite.

  • 🌇 In the evening — a short loop through the center: the square by the Kobzar monument → Torosevych Boulevard → the park entrance. Tomorrow — the final “fine-tuning” of your routine.

Day 7 — Finale: favorite park trail + a farewell visit to the pump room

  • 🌤️ Repeat the most comfortable route: a 45–60 minute walk on the section where it was easiest to breathe and most pleasant to take in the view. Stops are part of the therapy.

  • 💧 Depending on how you feel — a final visit to Pump Room No. 1. Packing and departure — unhurried. Sleep, water, and moderate activity at home will help preserve the effect.
