🧭 DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY

Day 1 — Arrival, check-in, and getting acquainted with the park

  • 🏁 Arrive in Morshyn, check in to a sanatorium/hotel. The first day is for adaptation: take an unhurried walk through the Resort Park to the city symbol — the old “Hrybok” pump room and the modern drinking-water pavilion. Notice the rhythm: quiet alleys, conifer-and-deciduous air, even paths for therapeutic walking.

  • 🧘 The 24-hour adaptation rule: no overloads or marathons, a light dinner, early bedtime. Start mineral water strictly with small volumes and only after consulting the sanatorium doctor.

Day 2 — Drinking course + light terrain walk

  • 💧 In the morning — an initial exam/consultation with the doctor (at the sanatorium) and the start of the drinking regimen: Morshyn’s classic is low-mineralized waters for the GI tract, liver, and metabolism. Drink warm, slowly, in small sips.

  • 🌿 Light terrain walk: 40–60 minutes at a conversational pace along the park’s even alleys. Route “pump-room pavilion → lake → park sculptures → return to the Colonnade/pump room.” Rest during the day; in the evening — repeat the water according to the schedule.

Day 3 — Treatment block + forest walk

  • 🛁 Balneo/physio procedures as prescribed: mineral baths, shower, inhalations, therapeutic exercise or halotherapy — in measured doses, with breaks. Between procedures — quiet, warm clothing, water on schedule.

  • 🌲 The second half of the day — a calm “forest loop”: to “Mother of God” (spring No. 4) and back. Watch your breathing: if you can speak in sentences, the pace is right.

Day 4 — “Photo day” in the Resort Park + lake

  • 📷 Slow tourism: spreading firs, bright clearings, sculptures (including the 2019 lynx) — Morshyn is great for “quiet shots.” In the warm season, add a loop to Forest Lake; if desired — a short terrain walk along the upper alleys.

  • ☕ 1–2 “café breaks,” a light lunch; evening — warmth and early sleep: the sanatorium effect accumulates through routine, not intensity.

Day 5 — A no-climbs day: the pump-room pavilion + park

  • 🏛️ The modern drinking-water pavilion (the general resort pump room) is a comfortable “reset”: stable supply, quality and temperature control. After that — a short loop in the park, benches, reading/quiet.

  • ✅ The day’s logic: water → 30–45 minutes of walking → rest. Don’t increase mileage — the goal is recovery, not records.

Day 6 — Nearby culture: Stryi “Verkhovyna” Museum + a light walk

  • 🏺 25–30 minutes from Morshyn to Stryi — and you’re at the local history museum “Verkhovyna”: the living history of the Stryi region, ethnography, artifacts from different eras. The trip is short, without overexertion.

  • 🚶 After that — a short walk around central Stryi and return to Morshyn by evening, dinner according to the sanatorium diet and early rest.

Day 7 — Finale: favorite route + a farewell pump room

  • 🌤️ Repeat your favorite loop in the park (30–50 minutes), finish with a visit to the “Hrybok” pump room or the drinking-water pavilion — according to how you feel and the doctor’s plan.

  • 🎒 Pack without rushing. Keep the rhythm: water — walking — rest. Carry these three pillars into your home routine.
