🧭 DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY

Day 1 — Arrival in Mineralnye Vody → Kislovodsk. Kurortny Boulevard (acclimatization)

  • 🏁 Flight to Mineralnye Vody (MRV) and transfer to Kislovodsk: the taxi/transfer ride usually takes 45–70 minutes depending on traffic. After check-in — an easy walk along Kurortny Boulevard: colonnades, flowerbeds, cafés, and street musicians set the “resort rhythm”.

  • 🧘 Rule for the first 24 hours: light food, water without experiments, and an early night. Shoes — as comfortable as possible: tomorrow we start measured walking (terrainkur).

Day 2 — Colonnade → Narzan Gallery → Lower Park (light)

  • 🏛️ Start from the Colonnade — the grand entrance to the national park. Just a few minutes away is the Narzan Gallery, the historic heart of the resort.

  • 💧 At the pump room, try Narzan strictly by how you feel: 100–150 ml in small sips. Then — the even alleys of the Lower Park: 40–60 minutes at a “conversational pace,” with photo stops by flowerbeds and fountains.

Day 3 — Terrainkur Route No. 1/No. 2: therapeutic walking and views

  • 🌿 The terrainkur routes of Kislovodsk Park are the resort’s signature therapy. Choose a short and flat route (No. 1 or No. 2) to reach 60–90 minutes total. Along the way — benches, shaded stretches, and viewpoints with gentle climbs.

  • 🫁 Breathing guideline: if you can speak in full sentences, the pace is right. If you’re “chasing your pulse,” slow down. This is treatment, not sport.

Day 4 — Valley of Roses and the Middle Park: “slow tourism”

  • 🌹 A route through the Valley of Roses — landscape-design aesthetics, fragrant alleys, terrace panoramas. Especially impressive in the warm season, but even outside blooming it’s pleasant to breathe here.

  • 📷 Take “long” pauses: 1–2 café stops, photos at viewpoints, a short meditation on a bench. In the evening — a warm shower and rest for your muscles.

Day 5 — Cable car → Upper Park without overload

  • 🚡 The cable car in the national park helps you quickly reach the upper levels without “killer” climbs. At the top — a short loop on flat paths and return.

  • ✅ Day formula: 1 cable car + 1 walk + rest. Drink water, watch for wind at elevation, and do light stretching in the evening.

Day 6 — “Fortress” Museum and Mira Avenue

  • 🏺 The Local History Museum “Fortress” — inside 19th-century fortress walls you’ll find the history of Kislovodsk, military and resort life, old photographs, and artifacts. After that — a calm walk along Mira Avenue with a coffee break.

Day 7 — “Chaliapin’s Dacha” + a final sip of Narzan

  • 🎼 An atmospheric mansion in greenery near the railway station: intimate exhibits, music, stories about F.I. Chaliapin and the “Silver Age.” A great final-accord attraction.

  • 💧 Finally — drop by the Narzan Gallery one more time (as you feel) and take a walk along your favorite park alley. Packing and departure — without rushing.
