Day 1 — Arrival in Mineralnye Vody → Pyatigorsk, adaptation

  • ✈️ Arrival at Mineralnye Vody Airport → transfer/taxi to Pyatigorsk (≈ 30–45 min including traffic). Check-in, lunch-treatment at your accommodation.

  • 🌿 Evening: a relaxed walk in Tsvetnik Park and along Kirov Avenue. Get oriented: the Lermontov Gallery, the drinking gallery, flowerbeds and cascading paths. 40–60 minutes at a “conversation pace”.

  • 🧘 First-day routine: minimal heavy food and exertion, early bedtime.

Day 2 — Pyatigorsk: Lermontov and drinking galleries + easy terrainkur

  • 🏛️ Morning in Tsvetnik Park: stop by the Lermontov Gallery (Kirov Ave., 21A) — intimate concerts and exhibitions in a historic glass-and-iron kurhaus hall.

  • 💧 Drinking gallery: start a water course with “small doses” based on how you feel. Then an easy terrainkur along level alleys and viewing pavilions (Aeolian Harp, Academic Gallery).

Day 3 — Pyatigorsk: cable car to Mashuk → “Proval” → Lermontov’s House

  • 🚡 Ride the cable car up Mount Mashuk — CMV panoramas without a strenuous climb. At the top — photo stops and a short ridge trail (10–20 min).

  • 🟦 “Proval” — a karst-tectonic lake in a grotto with turquoise water; approach via the equipped tunnel. Visit time with breaks: 40–60 min.

  • 🏺 “M.Yu. Lermontov’s House” (4 Lermontov St.): the poet’s memorial quarter, a 19th-century atmosphere, a compact exhibit. After the museum — a gentle pace and an early dinner.

Day 4 — Transfer Pyatigorsk → Zheleznovodsk + Resort Park

  • 🚘 Transfer Pyatigorsk → Zheleznovodsk: taxi/minibus (≈ 25–50 min depending on traffic and route). Check in at base #2.

  • 🌳 First walk in Resort Park: cascade staircases, terrainkur paths along Mount Zheleznaya, shaded alleys, the “book” pump room. Walk 45–70 min, 1–2 café breaks.

Day 5 — Zheleznovodsk: terrainkur along the slopes of Mount Zheleznaya + Lake “30-ka”

  • 🌲 Terrainkur: choose an easy route by elevation profile (moderate grades, with benches and views). Total walking 60–90 min in segments.

  • 💦 Drinking galleries (Smirnovsky/Slavyanovsky springs) — tasting per doctor’s advice and how you feel. After — relax at Lake “30-ka”.

Day 6 — Zheleznovodsk: Pushkin Gallery + Palace of the Emir of Bukhara

  • 🎼 Pushkin Gallery (Resort Park, Bldg. 16): a delicate metal-and-glass structure, concerts and exhibitions in a historic hall.

  • 🏛️ Palace of the Emir of Bukhara — Art Nouveau exoticism in the park; view from outside and inside if accessible (schedule depends on works and events).

  • 🏺 City Local History Museum (3 Lermontov St.): archaeology, the first researchers of the springs, local CMV history. Evening walk — short, with a focus on recovery.

Day 7 — Finale in the park + departure
