🧭 DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY

Day 1 — Arrival in Essentuki + Theatre Square and the entrance to the Resort Park (adaptation)

  • 🏁 Check-in, an unhurried walk from Theatre Square to the main entrance to the Resort (Therapeutic) Park. A first look at the alleys, fountain, and architecture—without long climbs.

  • 🧘 First-day regimen: quiet, an early dinner, warm clothes for the evening. We’ll start mineral water tomorrow—after sleep and in a “small dose”.

Day 2 — “Essentuki No. 17” spring gallery → Lower alleys of the Resort Park

  • 💧 The No. 17 spring drinking gallery by the park’s central entrance: start with 50–100 ml as prescribed by a doctor/according to how you feel. The atmospheric English Gothic building with Moorish motifs sets the “resort rhythm”.

  • 🌿 Afterward—a 40–60 minute walk along the flat lower alleys of the Resort Park at a conversational pace. The goal is gentle aerobic load and adaptation to the local climate.

Day 3 — “Essentuki No. 4” gallery → Upper paths (terrainkur-lite)

  • 💦 The No. 4 spring drinking gallery (the largest by capacity, next to the treatment buildings): take the water strictly on schedule, then—an easy transition to the park’s more varied terrain.

  • 🥾 Terrainkur-lite: 60–90 minutes with short pauses on benches and at viewpoints. Watch your breathing: if you can speak in sentences, the pace is right.

Day 4 — Essentuki Balneo-Mud Therapy Clinic named after N.A. Semashko + a calm promenade

  • 🏛️ The legendary mud-bath clinic named after N.A. Semashko (10 Semashko St.): monumental architecture with an Ionic-column portico and the resort’s historic atmosphere. If you have a referral—procedures; if not—an introductory walk and a photo day.

  • 🚶 Afterward—a short walk in the park and along nearby boulevards. In the evening—sleep and warmth to закрепить the effect.

Day 5 — Zander Institute of Mechanotherapy (session) + a “green day”

  • 🤸 Zander mechanotherapy (Resort Park, 4): unique historic exercise machines with work supervised by an instructor. A 30–40 minute session—like “smart physical therapy” in a museum setting.

  • ✅ Day formula: 1 session + 1 walk + rest. Don’t overload the schedule—the resort’s main effect is in regularity.

Day 6 — Essentuki Local History Museum + favorite alleys

  • 🏺 Local History Museum named after V.P. Shpakovsky (5 Kislovodskaya St.): the history of the stanitsa and the resort’s formation, rare photos, local everyday life. An excellent “cultural switch” from procedures.

  • 🌳 Back to favorite parts of the Resort Park: repeat a gentle terrainkur (30–60 minutes), lock in the sleep routine.

Day 7 — Finale at the galleries + packing without haste

  • 💧 Depending on how you feel—a final visit to gallery No. 17 or No. 4 (strictly on schedule), photos at the park’s central entrance. Small souvenirs—and a farewell promenade.

  • 🧳 Pack with time to spare: taxi/commuter train is comfortable if you build in a buffer. The resort “likes” calm goodbyes.
